Eachday ("we", "us") is operated by Wish Studios LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use tryeachday.com and the Eachday iOS app, and how we use it. We keep this simple because our data practices are simple. Eachday does not require an account — you can use the app without signing in.

What we collect on the website

Your email address, when you choose to sign up.
Your language of interest (e.g. Spanish, French), when you select one.
Basic, anonymized usage analytics (such as page views and referring source) to understand how the site performs.

What we collect in the app

Your onboarding preferences — the answers you give when you set up the app (such as the language you're learning, your goals and interests, your name if you provide one, and your preferred time of day). You can use the app without answering these.
An anonymous device identifier — a random ID tied to your device, not to your name or email, used to save your preferences and personalize your experience. It is not linked to your real-world identity.
Subscription status — whether you have an active Eachday All-Access subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple; we never see or store your payment details.
Your saved words and similar in-app choices, which are stored on your device.
Anonymized usage analytics (such as which screens are viewed) to understand how the app is used and improve it.

How we use it

To send you a daily word and language-learning emails you asked for.
To personalize the app — pick your language, tailor content, and deliver your daily word notification (by default at noon; you can choose a time with All-Access).
To operate subscriptions and unlock paid features.
To measure interest and improve what we build.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we don't share it except with the trusted service providers below who help us operate.

Service providers

Apple — processes App Store subscriptions and delivers notifications. See Apple's privacy policy for how it handles payments.
Kit (kit.com) — stores your email and sends our emails on our behalf.
Supabase — securely stores your anonymous app preferences so they're available across sessions.
TelemetryDeck — provides privacy-focused, anonymized app analytics (no personal profiles, no cross-app tracking).
Sentry — collects crash and error reports (such as device model, OS version, and what the app was doing when something broke) so we can find and fix bugs. Not used for advertising or profiling.
Vercel — hosts the website and content, and provides privacy-friendly analytics.
Meta — we use the Meta Pixel on the website to measure the performance of our ads. This may set cookies; you can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Cookies & tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for analytics and ad measurement. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site's content.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You may also request that we delete your information by emailing us.

Data retention

We keep your email for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to remove it.

Children

Eachday is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
